The LITTLE BLACK SIMPLE is an Opamp based overdrive pedal hand built by Emerald Circuits. Utilizing the same JRC4558 chip as many other classic vintage industry standard overdrive pedals, the LITTLE BLACK SIMPLE was designed to be simple to use while remaining surprisingly versatile.
-The input/gain knob has an extremely wide range of play. When fully counter clockwise you start from a clean sound and slowly ramp up to full blow distortion.
-The output and general boost is significantly louder and stronger than many other mass produced overdrive pedals currently on the market... allowing the player to slam the front end of their rig and utilize the sound of their amp.
-The touch sensitivity and dynamics are very responsive to your playing, adding a depth and dimension.
